Lemon Poppy Seed muffins are the most requested muffin from my family and friends as an accompaniment to breakfast. They are easy and quick to make. Serve with eggs, bacon, sausage or your favorite fruit.

1/2 LB Bacon

3 oz white chocolate, chopped
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Half and Half
2 Cups Fresh Brewed Coffee
Whipped Cream
Mint Leaves
CoCo Powder
In a saucepan heat milk and chocolate on low until chocolate is melted

2 Slices Raisin Bread
1 TBS Peanut Butter
1 Banana Sliced
¼ Cup Apple Sauce
Place slices of bread in toaster. Toast to your liking. Spread peanut butter on 1 slice
add bananas on top of that.

Powdered Sugar
Cut dough in half. Roll into balls.
