Free Printable Thank you Cards for Your Customers

by

If you sell on eBay, Etsy, Amazon or anywhere else online you know customer care is crucial. Online sales are most busy for the holidays and one of the things you do not want to overlook at anytime is a “Thank you for shopping with us” note when your customer receives their package.

That simple thank you can go along way and with the Thank you note be sure to add a link to your store, blog, email address, phone number and website, so your customer can contact you and maybe want to shop some more.

I found this great site that offers you free printable cards for many occasions but the one I have recently used it for is Thank you to my customers for their purchases. There are already made up templates or you could make one of your own. I include my thank you for shopping with me, my email address and a link back to my store. It is easy to do and in just minutes you can print this out on paper or cards its up to you.

The Text That Could Wipe You Out

by

From snail mail junk to email junk to now text junk. As technology has progressed so has scamming.
Do you still get those emails supposedly from Nigera saying that you can have a trillion dollars from someone you have never met? Or the ones from Paypal or eBay that say your account is in trouble and its really not from them? The world of texting should not be overlooked and some are meant for the same purpose, to get your mula.
A new scam hitting your cell phone is from a message stating that your bank account is in trouble and give you a toll free number to call to contact your bank. If you call this number you will not be reaching your bank but an automated system that will gladly take your bank account number and clean your bank account out.
Best Bet is to know, not only what your banks policy’s are for sending you a notice but other places you spend or use your money if they need to reach you for a problem. Also to give them a call directly to make sure if you do get a questionable text that it is from them.
