I have gone through nearly all of Alton Browns receipes and finally found the mini square hambergers that
Aired on April21 2012.
I,m not sure why I want this receipe so much, Maby it’s because of a long time relationship with White Castle
I know these are nowhere near the same but they intreague me. Please help me with the receipe .

Hello Marion,
Thank you for your question. Giada uses the amaretto liquor as a base flavor for the fritters which has an almond flavor. She is using a 1/4 cup of the liquid so you would want to substitute a 1/4 cup of the liquid to make the recipe work. You could replace the flavor with one of your own using apple, orange or lemon juice and if you still want the almond flavor include a tablespoon of almond extract when measuring. When substituting ingredients it is trial and error, so may start with a small batch.
